My practice aims to transform a once used object through deconstruction and assemblage, giving new meanings and narrative to the created piece. The process of destruction and reconstruction is a personal journey. The process of recreation is cathartic. The new forms created from these objects are explored and studied using a mix of media such as oil, pastel, ink, acrylic paint, chalk and emulsion.
